Citrus Salad with Honey-Tarragon Vinaigrette

Chunky Sunrise Salsa

This yummy salsa is very versatile. Spoon it on lentils and rice or black beans. Roll it up in a bean burrito. We served it with Mexican Rice, Mexican Beans, shredded lettuce and Creamy Chipotle Pepper Dressing. Very good with homemade baked tortilla chips.
