Hummus

INGREDIENTS
2 Cups cooked garbanzos (15 oz can)
2 Tablespoons sesame tahini
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 clove garlic OR 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
salt to taste (1/2 to 1 teaspoon)
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 to 1 cup water (or juice from canned garbanzos)
6-8 sprigs fresh cilantro leaves (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Blend all together, except cilantro, adding water in the amount needed to the thickness desired.
2. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
3. Add cilantro leaves and blend briefly – just enough to chop.
