White Country Gravy
½ cup white flour
½ cup slivered almonds
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon Herbamare or Mrs. Dash
1 cup vegan burger (Cedar Lake Quikburger is very good in this recipe)
3 cups water
1. Measure out two cups of water, set aside.
2. Combine all other ingredients with one cup of water in a strong blender such as a Vitamix or Blendtec.
3. Blend until very smooth.
4. Mix in remaining water.
5. Place over medium heat and stir until thickened, adding burger at the end.
6. * If you like, you may saute the burger before adding it to the gravy.
