Mediterranean Stuffed Pita Pockets

Pita Bread
Hummus (Red Pepper, Garlic or Plain, etc)
tomatoes, sliced
1-2 avacados, sliced
1 bag Butter Bliss Lettuce mix (at Walmart or Meijer)

Olive Spread
1 can black olives, drained
1 can pimento stuffed green (manzanilla) olives, undrained
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1. With Vita Mix, coarsely chopped olive spread ingredients.
2. Take (1/2) slice pita bread–open and spread (1/2) of inside with Hummus.
3. Spread other (1/2) with olive mixture.
4. Then fill with Lettuce.
5. Add tomatoes and avocados and enjoy!
