Potato Salad Supreme

Servings: 4

4 lbs potatoes, large, cooked and peeled
1 onion, medium-small, minced
1 cup celery, diced
2/3 cup lemon pickles, diced
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon tumeric
3 Tablespoons Chick-it seasoning
4 Tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
1 teaspoon onion powder
3 cups mayonnaise OR Vegenaise
salt to taste

1. When potatoes are completely cooled, cut into desired size cubes.
2. Mix ALL ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.
3. Chill.
4. Best if served the next day.
