Pink Paradise Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup unsweetened, chilled pineapple juice
1 banana
4-6 frozen strawberries
6 almonds
1 heaping Tablespoon soy yogurt or tofu
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place all ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve in an attractive glass with a sprig of mint.
