Kale Salad

Servings: 4

4 packed cups fresh kale, washed, stems removed, finely chopped
1/4 cup onion, diced
1/2 cup cucumber, diced
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/2 avocado, chopped
4 radishes, sliced (optional)
1/2 can black olives, sliced or chopped
3 Tablespoons raw sunflower seeds

1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes
2 Tablespoons Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 Tablespoons oil

1. Combine all salad ingredients, toss well.
2. Combine all dressing ingredients and drizzle over the salad.
