2 large avocadoes halved, seeded, peeled, and chopped
2 tomatos seeded and chopped
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup minced onion
sea salt to taste
1 teaspoon lemon juice optional
1. Combine all and serve immediately with tortilla chips or with haystacks. The lemon juice helps the avocado to keep its color. If you are going to eat it right away, you don’t need it.
Use avocados that are slightly firm, but mostly soft. Overly soft avocados aren’t what you are looking for in this chunky recipe
