Chik-Style Salad
Servings: 10 people
INGREDIENTS
1 8 oz. pkg Soy Curls
4-5 Tablespoons Mckay’s chicken style seasoning
1/2 cup sweet relish
1/2 cup low fat vegan mayonnaise or more if needed
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup onion, diced
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cover Soy Curls with warm water, and soak for 10 min. Drain excess water.
2. Dice Soy Curls in food processor until larger burger consistency and add the remaining ingredients.
3. Serve with a garnish of parsley, radish, pepper, etc. Makes a great sandwich!
Serve with your favorite cracker for a delicious snack!
Keep refrigerated.
