Berry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
2 Tablespoons Frozen 100% berry juice concentrate
Frozen unsweetened mixed berries
1 Fresh or frozen banana
2 Tablespoons flaxseed meal (optional)
Water, as needed to blend

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place all above ingredients in blender in desired portions, and blend until smooth and creamy.
