Roasted Garlic Brussels Sprouts
INGREDIENTS
2 pounds Brussels sprouts, cutting each Brussels sprout in half
⅛ cup olive oil
½ garlic powder
Sprinkle of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil and garlic powder.
3. Pour Brussels sprouts onto a large cookie sheet shaking the pan until the sprouts are in an even layer.
4. Sprinkle with a little salt.
5. Bake for 35 minutes, turning the sprouts with a spatula halfway through the cooking time.
6. Serve warm.
