Simple Hummus

INGREDIENTS
1 15 ounce can garbanzo beans rinsed and drained
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup tahini (sesame seed butter)
1 teaspoon garlic powder (or 1-2 fresh garlic cloves)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Blend all ingredients well and refrigerate. Serve on pita bread, in sandwiches, etc.
