Indian Chopped Salad (Kachumber)

INGREDIENTS
2 small seedless cucumbers, diced
20 baby plum tomatoes, diced (should be about the same amount as the cucumber)
1 small Red onion, diced
1/2 cup cilantro, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
a pinch of chili flakes (or to taste)
juice of a lime
1 Tablespoon sunflower oil
salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a serving bowl, mix together the cucumber, tomato, red onion and cilantro.
2. Whisk together the cumin, chili flakes, lime juice and oil and toss with the vegetables.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
