Strawberry French Toast

1 large egg
1/4 cup skim milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 slices French bread, cut 1 inch thick
2 tsp. reduced-fat margarine
2 packets sugar substitute
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 cup sliced strawberries

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Lightly coat nonstick baking sheet with cooking spray.
Combine egg, milk and vanilla in shallow dish. Lightly dip bread slices in egg mixture until completely coated. Place on baking sheet; bake 15 minutes or until golden, turn over half-way through baking time.
Combine margarine, sugar substitute and cinnamon in small bowl; stir until well blended. Spread evenly over French toast. Top with strawberries.
