Veggie Baked Potato
INGREDIENTS
1 medium baking potato
1/4 cup grated lowfat cheddar cheese
1/2 cup steamed broccoli
INSTRUCTIONS
Bake potato – either in the oven or microwave.
Top with grated cheese and steamed broccoli
You may substitute diced tomatoes, chopped onions or steamed spinach for the broccoli if you wish.
