Spinach Stuffed Shells

1 10-oz. package Frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1/2 Cup Ricotta cheese, low-fat
2 oz. Mozzarella cheese, part-skim, shredded (about 1/2 C)
1 Eg white, lightly beaten

1 Tbs. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/8 tsp. each Nutmeg, pepper
4 oz. Jumbo pasta sheels (16)
2 Cups [Marinara sauce] (You will find this recipe in the “Sauces” category.)

Prepare Marinara Sauce. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Cook pasta shells according to label, omitting salt. Mix remaining ingredients. Fill each shell with mix (about 1 Tbs/shell) and place in baking dish lined with sauce. Pour sauce over shells. Bake 20-30 minutes.
