INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Pasta, cooked (try Rotelli)
12 oz. Tofu, cut in 1/2 inch dice
2 tsp. Vegetable oil
10 Black olives, sliced
1/2 Cup Green or red pepper, diced
1/4 Cup Green onions, sliced
1/2 Cup Mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbs. Wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. Oregano
2 Tbsl Parmesan cheese (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine ingredients. Chill until served.
