Honey Mustard Sauce
INGREDIENTS
Makes about 1/2 cup.
1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard
1 tsp. dried tarragon, crushed
1/4 cup honey
2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
2 tsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine mustard and tarragon; mix well. Gradually blend in honey Add vinegar and oil; mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. Makes about 1/2 cup.
