Creamy Tomato Soup

Servings: 8 1 cup servings

INGREDIENTS
6 cups tomato juice
1 1/2 Tablespoons onion powder
1 pinch oregano powder (about 1/16 tsp.)
1/2 teaspoon sweet basil
1 teaspoon Vege-Sal by Spike
1 1/2 teaspoons McKay’s Chicken Seasoning

Blend for 1 minute
1 cup raw cashews
1 cup water
3 Tablespoons honey
1 Tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine blended ingredients with all other ingredients in a large pot, stirring constantly.
2. Bring to a boil and serve, or remove from burner to prevent burning.
3. May add 1 c. mixed vegetables if desired.
