Cranberry Waldorf Salad

INGREDIENTS
2 Cups Low calorie cranberry juice
1 enveope Unflavored gelatin
2 Medium Apples, chopped
1/2 Cup Celery, finely sliced
INSTRUCTIONS
Soften gelatin in 1 Cup of cranberry juice. Heat juice to a boil, remove and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Add remaining juice, apple, and celery. (Artificial sweenener may be added.) Chill until set.
