Peachy Oat Muffins

INGREDIENTS
2 Cups Whole wheat flour
1 Cup Rolled oats
1/2 cup Unprocessed what bran
1/2 Cup Brown sugar (packed)
1 1/2 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Salt
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Cup Buttermilk
1/4 Cup Vegetable oil
3 Fresh peaches OR pears OR nectarines OR plums, finely chopped
3 tsp. Orange zest
1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Stir until blended. Spoon batter into 2 1/2-inch nonstick muffin pans. Bake in 400 deg. F oven for 20 minutes or until pick inserted in center comes out dry. Serve warm.
