2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 Tbs. Olive oil
16 oz. Canned tomatoes, crushed
8 oz. Canned tomato sauce, low sodium
1/2 Small Onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. each Oregano, basil, parsley
1/2 Cup Mushrooms, sliced (optional)
Saute garlic and onions in oil. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes to 1 hour.
