Tofu Cottage Cheese

½ lb. firm water-pack tofu
¾ tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion powder
¼ tsp. garlic powder
⅓ cup Vegenaise or homemade mayo
1 tsp. chopped chives, dry or fresh
1 tsp. chopped parsley, dry or fresh

1. Mash tofu in bowl, add rest and mix well. Good with soup or in pita sandwiches.
