Grilled Vegetables

INGREDIENTS
1 Tbs. minced fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 Tbs. vinegar
1 Tbs. olive oil
18 baby yellow squash (1/2 pound)
1 large red pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
3 small zucchini, cut lengthwise into quarters
Vegetable cooking spray

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine first 5 ingrediets; sitr well. Add squash, red pepper and zucchini; toss gently.
Arrange vegetables in a wire grillling basket coated with cooking spray. Place on gril over medium-hot coals. Cook 10 too 12 minutes or until tender, turning once.
