Beef and Macaroni Dinner

3/4 lb. lean ground beef
2 cups chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
4 oz. (1 cup) uncooked elbow macaroni
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning

Spray nonstick Dutch oven with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over hedim-high heat until hot. Add ground beef round, onions and bell pepper; cook 4 to 6 minutes or until beef is browned and onions are tender. Remove beef mixture from skillet; drain on paper towels.
Wipe Dutch oven dry with paper towels. Return beef mixture to Dutch oven; stir in all remaining ingrediets. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover tightly and simmer 10 to 15 minutes to blend flavors.
