INGREDIENTS
1 green red pepper, seeded and thinly slided
4 medium firm tomatoes, sliced
4 oz. thinly slided Italian salami

1 6 1/2 oz. can tunafish (in water), flaked
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
2 oz. black olives
4 Tbs. each Olive oil and red wine vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS
Arrange all ingredients (except oil and vinegar) on platter.
Serve oil and vinegar separately.
