Vegan Frosty Dessert
INGREDIENTS
3 frozen bananas
1 cup non-dairy milk, adding more if needed
⅓ cup carob powder
2 tablespoons Roma, or to taste
1 tablespoon peanut butter
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Put everything in a Vita Mix or other high-powered blender.
2. Using the tamper to push the bananas into the blades, blend until creamy.
3. Pour into glasses and enjoy with a spoon or a straw.
