Ingredients
- 1 lb water-packed tofu
- 1/3 cup minced green or sweet onion
- 1/3 cup minced celery
- 1/3 cup Pa's Pickle Smack lemon pickles (or sweet relish), well drained
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon tumeric
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes
- Black salt (Kalanamuk) to taste
- Vegenaise, or other vegan mayo, to moisten

Instructions
- Crumble or mash tofu and mix in all other ingredients.
- Serve chilled.
