Ingredients
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup grated raw potato
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes
- 3 Tablespoons ground flax seed
- 2 teaspoons McKay’s Chicken Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 3/4 cup crispy rice or corn flake cereal

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Prepare cookie sheet by spraying with pan spray or lining with parchment paper.
- Grind walnuts and sunflower seeds.
- Grate potato.
- Combine all ingredients and shape into patties or meatballs.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until done.
- You may put all into a sprayed loaf pan and bake for 30-40 minutes, or muffin tin and bake for 35-45 minutes.
