- 1 15 ounce can garbanzo beans rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup tahini (sesame seed butter)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or 1-2 fresh garlic cloves)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
