Ingredients
- 4 lbs potatoes, large, cooked and peeled
- 1 onion, medium-small, minced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 2/3 cup lemon pickles, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon tumeric
- 3 Tablespoons Chick-it seasoning
- 4 Tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 3 cups mayonnaise OR Vegenaise
- salt to taste

Instructions
- When potatoes are completely cooled, cut into desired size cubes.
- Mix ALL ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.
- Chill.
- Best if served the next day.
