Ingredients
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes
- 1/4 cup oat flour or chickpea flour
- 1 cup water
- 2 Tablespoons ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- pinch of cayenne

Instructions
- Place the nutritional yeast flakes and flour in a medium bowl. Gradually whisk in the water, taking care to avoid lumps.
- Whisk in remaining ingredients until smooth
- Pour into a small saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring or whisking constantly until very thick and smooth.
- Serve hot, warm, or thoroughly chilled. Keeps about 5 to 7 days in the refrigerator.
