Ingredients
- 1 16 oz package water-pack firm tofu, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive or grape seed oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon Bragg's Liquid Aminos
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Prepare the marinated tofu by mixing the oil, lemon juice, Bragg's, seasoning, salt and minced garlic.
- Stir in diced tofu.
- Marinate the tofu in the dressing for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Spoon over green salad.
