Ingredients
- 1 bunch each Romaine, Boston and red leaf lettuce
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 4 radishes, sliced
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
DRESSING:
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- dash of salt

Instructions
- Toss the first 8 items together.
- Mix dressing ingredients and toss with greens.
- Serve.
