Ingredients
- 2 Cups cooked garbanzos (15 oz can)
- 2 Tablespoons sesame tahini
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic OR 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt to taste (1/2 to 1 teaspoon)
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 to 1 cup water (or juice from canned garbanzos)
- 6-8 sprigs fresh cilantro leaves (optional)

Instructions
- Blend all together, except cilantro, adding water in the amount needed to the thickness desired.
- Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
- Add cilantro leaves and blend briefly - just enough to chop.
