Ingredients
- 1 red, yellow, green or orange pepper, cut in half
- 2-3 Tablespoons sweet or green onion, chopped fine
- 1-2 Tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped very fine
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon hickory seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon tomato paste (you can use 2 Tablespoons barbecue sauce instead of the hickory seasoning and tomato paste)
- 2 cups non dairy sour cream

Instructions
- Arrange pepper halves on a cookie sheet, skin side up, and place under broiler. Broil until skin is black. Peel skin off and dice peppers into small pieces (or save time and chop raw).
- Mix peppers and all other ingredients together with sour cream. Chill and use when needed.
