Ingredients
- 1 8 oz. pkg Soy Curls
- 4-5 Tablespoons Mckay’s chicken style seasoning
- 1/2 cup sweet relish
- 1/2 cup low fat vegan mayonnaise or more if needed
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup onion, diced

Instructions
- Cover Soy Curls with warm water, and soak for 10 min. Drain excess water.
- Dice Soy Curls in food processor until larger burger consistency and add the remaining ingredients.
- Serve with a garnish of parsley, radish, pepper, etc. Makes a great sandwich! Serve with your favorite cracker for a delicious snack! Keep refrigerated.
