- 1/2 cup water
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 Tablespoons yeast flakes
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

- Blend cashews and water till smooth.
- Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend.
