Lentil Stacks
Here is a comment from a friend: We like to put a layer of vegan ranch dressing on the toast, then lentils and other toppings, then finish with Italian dressing. Those two layers, ranch and Italian dressing, placed in that order, make a delicious combo.

Unsausages

Make a bunch of these for later. Make into patties and freeze on baking sheets. Once frozen, remove from pan and put in a freezer bag to store. To bake frozen patties, place on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes on each side.
