The original recipe says to combine mayo, onion and lemon juice in a food processor and process until smooth. Add seasonings, mix and serve. When we originally made this recipe for CHIP graduation, we didn’t have a food processor available to us, so we just minced the onion by hand and mixed the Vegenaise and seasonings together with the minced onion and served it. Everybody love it, so we make it this way all the time. However you want to make it is up to you!
